Join Paige Fry on Saturday, April 27th from 1:30-3PM for our first Pop Punk Power Workshop! Break out the black nail polish and eyeliner — two worlds collide in this workshop offering! In this heated class, we will start with a meditation/intention setting, followed by a warmup and powerful vinyasa to the soundtrack of fun and nostalgic pop punk music. Everyone is free to sing (and dance) along! Wind down and rest will close out the class, including a sound bath during savasana. Experience with power vinyasa is suggested, but not mandatory.Investment in this offering is $25. Questions?
