POP Pilates® is where strength meets flexibility. We take traditional Pilates moves and put them to the beat of the music creating a dance on the mat workout. Each track has a different focus, including abs, upper body, legs and flexibility! We mean it when we say no muscle is left untouched. What should I bring?
• Just yourself and a yoga mat.
What should I wear?
• Whatever you feel comfortable to exercise in.
• Typically no footwear is needed for POP Pilates®, but you can wear grip socks.
