Masterclass delivered by Sylvia Chenery who has many years’ experience within the fields of criminology and community safety. Sylvia works with Police and Criminal Justice Agencies at both National and International level.
This 2-day Masterclass involves some group work and interaction covering topics such as:
- What is problem solving and defining what constitutes a problem for Policing.
- Understanding the SARA model; Hypotheses questions and Analysis and hypothesis testing.
- Understanding and utilising Problem Analysis Triangles.
Underpinned with the use of case studies and academic theories such as Routine Activity Theory, Rational Choice Theory and Situational Prevention.
