About this Event
Join Anna Gaseitsiwe of The Makery for a free workshop on fashion and pop-art! Combining two 60s-era trends (fashion and pop-art), participants will create fashion for their 3D paper doll characters using a range of brightly colored patterns. With inspiration from girls' fashion over the decades, the Makery will demonstrate how to trace and cut articles of clothing from available patterned cardstock. For participants of any level of artistry or ability.
Free Minnesota History Center admission and parking is available every Thursday from 4 pm-8 pm. The workshop will take place on the 3rd floor from 5:30-7:30 pm. Registration is recommended for the first hour, but not required. Drop-ins are welcome throughout.
