You will get to enjoy beginners Kundalini Yoga a relaxing and stretchy yoga to balance the mind, body, and soul. Moments to reflect with journaling prompts. Guided breathwork and meditation to calm and connect. You will experience a floating soundbath and sound with the guided meditation where you will experience a variety of instruments, including crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, drum, and the gong and more while relaxing. We will end the evening with the burning bowl ceremony to release what is no longer serving you.
During this event you will get to personalize a bracelet for yourself and if you would like to bring a shirt to upcycled we will have a shirt artist that will teach you how to revamp your T shirt into a new fun creation.
We will provide food and fresh squeezed juice.
Bring a shirt to be upcycled, yoga mat, a camp chair if you would like, towel, swim suit, and anything you will need for your comfort.
For the floating soundbath please bring a float to lay on if you would rather lay on your yoga mat on the grass that will also be an option.
