Our very amazing friend Pookie (Virginia Rosa-Steuck) had a motorcycle accident which left both legs and an arm broken. She spent months in the hospital, had multiple surgeries, and will be out of work while she goes through extensive rehabilitation and recovery. This woman has gone to the ends of the earth for others. She’s an advocate for both people and animals. She empowers and challenges people to be better in the face of adversity. She is STRONG and full of positivity…but even the strongest need a little help sometimes. So…since it IS October, find your best 40’s-50’s era costume and get to the Dog for food, raffles, 50/50, Kryptonite Karaoke and Halloween fun!!! I think the Res Dog girls are taking a page from the movie Grease. Can you guess who we’ll be? 😁🐕
