Info: All vendors must be completely set up by 12:30PM—no exceptions.

Info: We kindly ask that all vendors remain set up until the event ends at 5:00 PM. Early breakdown disrupts the experience for attendees and fellow vendors.

Let’s work together to keep the energy strong from start to finish. We appreciate your professionalism and participation!

Info: At the end of the event, you may leave any provided tables and chairs at your booth space. Our staff will handle the cleanup and collection of those items. Just pack up your personal materials and merchandise.
