We’re excited to formally invite you to our Pomona Free Farmstand Ribbon Cutting Event and Fundraiser - an afternoon celebrating community!
Join us on October the 25th from 10am-2pm for a celebration of community, cultural food, and connection! Come grab FREE groceries provided by Operation Healthy Hearts, connect with other mutual aid groups, participate in fun eco activities, and learn how you can benefit from and get involved in our community-led Free Farmstand.
Over the past few years we have been able to grow our Free Farmstand initiative from a single table to a full standing structure with electrical, water, and a community fridge! Through the improvements made in our structure we have been able to distribute more specialty produce grown at our farm to our surrounding community members. Additionally, we have added a community fridge, where people from the community can share additional produce and prepared and frozen meals. We’re excited to spread the word about the farmstand to more local community members at this grand opening event! Come learn more about our work and connect with your neighbors!
Entrance is FREE, Ticketed price is optional.

- 10am - Event begins, Eco-fun Activites and Farm Tour, Borreguitas breakfast burritos
- 11am - Speeches and Ribbon cutting
- 12pm - Grocery pop up (bring your own bags)
- 2pm - Wrap up and Adjourn
