Through inventive techniques and elegant plating, this menu highlights the tomato’s range — from raw to roasted, confit to clarified — in an intimate setting that honors the land, the season, and the hands that grow our food. Tickets for this special tasting event are $75 each. Doors open at 6:00, event begins at 6:30. Wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
