We are raising money to support neighbors in need that receive services from the many programs of the East Bay Community Action Program. From East Providence to Newport, EBCAP offers food & housing support, head start classrooms, health services at 2 clinics, as well as behavioral and dental health services... and many more necessary programs offering friends in need a leg up.
