If you are 17 and over and you would like to try Karate come give it a go - 1st session free! We are requesting a suggested donation of £10 all proceeds to charity - Please register ahead of time (by sending e-mail to [email protected]) and we will provide a pink belt on the night!
This is a Charity event hosted by HertKDS. This has been inspired by Polly Bailey who has developed Cholangiocarcinoma - she's a great friend of the Karate-do Shotokai having performed Sports massage at many of our August Summer schools.
