Our pasta palooza last year was such a success we are bringing it back again in 2025! Our cooks have put together a great menu for this event! Come on out for a hearty night of fun here at Polly's.Polly's Pasta Palooza

Appetizers:
Caprese Salad – Sliced Tomatoes and fresh Mozzarella drizzled with nut free basil pesto and balsamic vinegar, Served with Parmigiano Crisps
Minestrone Soup – A delicious vegetarian soup made of an assortment of beans and vegetables and finished with grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
Sacchetti with Brown Butter Sauce – Gorgonzola and Pear filled Sacchetti served with a brown butter sage sauce.
Pasta Courses (limited gluten free options available):
All pasta courses come with a side of garlic focaccia
Fettucine Marinara – Classic inspired Marinara Sauce. Finished with Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese.
Meatballs and Marinara – Made with fettucine noodles and our scratch made meatballs.
Pesto Chicken Pasta – Fettucine noodles, tossed with nut free pesto, topped with grilled chicken breast.
Burrata Ravioli – Paddle-whipped Burrata cheese folded with fresh basil, wrapped in fresh pasta in a jumbo round ravioli. Served with your choice of Marinara or Nut Free Pesto.
Lasagna – Layers of noodles, scratch made Bolognese, bechamel and cheeses make for a rich and hearty meal.

Meatball – Side of meatball in marinara
Parmigiano Crisps – Baked in house crisps made from pure Parmigiano Reggiano.
Garlic Focaccia - Rich and buttery bread with a strong garlic flavor
Desserts. – Served with a Scoop of Vanilla Ice cream.
Maple Tiramisu – A Polly’s take on the Italian classic. Layered with lady fingers and maple whipped custard.
Cannoli Cake – A tiered Layer Cake filled with vanilla mascarpone and chocolate ganache.
