WHAT: Polish Treasures at Wren Library (Independence Day exhibition)WHEN: Thursday, 11th November 2025, 6:30 PM
WHERE: Trinity College (Wren Library); meeting place: Trinity Great Gate at 6:15 PM
We would like to invite you to celebrate the 107th Anniversary of Polish Independence with us! Apart from the Independence Day Formal Dinner, we have also prepared for you an exhibition of Poland-related treasures from Wren Library. Thanks to the courtesy of Dr. Nicolas Bell (Trinity’s librarian) we will have the pleasure to examine in detail e.g. a postcard from Maria Skłodowska Curie, a book, written by the original Pan Twardowski, that belonged to Isaac Newton himself, letters from six Polish kings and many more! Do not hesitate to book your ticket, because the number of spaces is limited.
Please reserve your free space for the Exhibition by booking a ticket at Tessera: https://polishsoc.tessera.events/tickets/polish-treasures-at-wren-library-
