LIGHT STAR GUIDING @light_star_guiding — a Warsaw-based quartet moving between jazz, post-rock and trance-like minimalism — is coming to Hyderabad for Jazz at Imli. Think chant-like openings, deep drones, hypnotic arcs and almost cinematic climaxes, led by guitarist-composer Mikołaj Poncyljusz with Ray Dickaty (tenor sax & flute), Michał Załęski (keys, Moog, bass) and Dominik “Dodos” Mokrzewski (drums).
Their India tour, under the JAZZ PO POLSKU “Around the World” project, brings a slice of Poland’s adventurous jazz scene to Imli Sarai — on stage and in the workshop room.
