About this Event
Polish Film Festival North America™ (PFFNA) is a new, independent cultural initiative dedicated to promoting Polish cinema and creative talent across the United States and Canada. This year’s program includes several of Poland’s most anticipated film hits, such as Chopin Chopin, The Attempt on the Pope, Dom Dobry, and Franz Kafka directed by Agnieszka Holland. The festival will also showcase biographical, documentary, and short films, offering a rich panorama of contemporary Polish cinema. Polish Film Festival North America™ was created in cooperation with the Senate of the Republic of Poland, with the support of the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Chicago, and thanks to numerous sponsors and ambassadors of Polish culture who share our mission of building cultural bridges through art and film.
