Polish & Beauty Expo (PBE) is an annual shopping and education event that connects indie nail polish and beauty makers with customers and fans. This two-day event starts with two ticketed events on Saturday: a hands-on nail polish making workshop and a meet and greet cocktail party. The nail polish workshop provides an opportunity for you to make the polish of your dreams, and the meet and greet is your chance to interact with some of your favorite indie brands as well as connect with friends over food and drinks.

Sunday brings the main event: a day of shopping and tutorials. Shop with 30+ brands for your favorite products like nail polish, hand and cuticle care, soap and cosmetics, stamping and nail art supplies, jewelry, wax and home fragrance, and much more. Visit interactive tutorial tables to brush up on your skills or learn a new technique.

TICKET OPTIONS FOR THE SUNDAY, JULY 25th SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

Sunday General Admission

Ticket includes:• Admittance for ONE (1) person starting at 1:00 PM CST. Check-in for general admission begins at 12 PM CST.• ONE (1) Swag Bag* containing full-sized and/or mini product samples from sponsors and non-attending brands valued at $25 or more.• ONE (1) Polish & Beauty lanyard.• ONE (1) door prize ticket.• ONE (1) event brochure.• Access to Sunday tutorials.*All Swag Bags may not be identical in content but will be valued at $25 or more.

Children (12 and under) and/or Basic Attendee Ticket

Ticket includes:• Admittance for ONE (1) attendee* or ONE (1) child (12 and under) with parent/adult guardian at the same time as the parent’s/adult guardian’s entry. Children aged two and under are admitted free.• ALL CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES •* Basic attendees will receive a lanyard, empty shopping bag and brochure. Entrance time is 1:00 PM CST.

Join Polish & Beauty vendors Saturday evening at the stunning Gaylord Opryland Resort. Chat with your favorite indie product makers and get those selfies that may be harder to capture on that busy shopping day, all while enjoying a delectable array of hot appetizers, crudité and charcuterie platters.* While mingling with vendors and friends, partake in the open bar stocked with soft drinks, water, wine, and a variety of adult beverages at no additional cost. Be among the first to see vendors’ event-exclusives and new collections to add to your shopping list for Sunday. Included in your ticket is an event-exclusive nail polish from KBShimmer and PBE swag.

*Exact menu will be published closer to the event and will include a variety of appetizers including gluten-free and vegetarian options.

TUTORIAL TABLES

Tutorial tables info will be posted in early July 2021, after volunteers have been confirmed. Look for tutorial tables on stamping, water marbling, fluid nail art and more. Topics may vary based on volunteer expertise.

IMPORTANT FAQ INFORMATION – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Cart Hold: The information provided by Eventbrite does not clarify a cart hold, therefore, it is safer to assume that there is NO cart hold. We strongly suggest creating an account at Eventbrite.com and signing in before tickets go live.

Children: Children (12 and under) can attend the show with a children’s ticket and must enter at the same time as the accompanying parent/guardian. Children aged two and under are admitted free. Children must ALWAYS be accompanied by a parent/adult guardian.

Currency: USD

Lanyards: Lanyards will be handed out at the door upon check-in. Please bring your photo ID and download the Eventbrite app or print your ticket to expedite the check-in process.

Nail Polish Making Workshop/Meet & Greet: On Saturday, July 24th, there will be two nail polish making workshops and an evening meet & greet. Tickets for those two events are sold separately (your Sunday ticket does not include admission to the workshop or meet & greet event).

Parking: Please see the website for low-cost and free parking options as well as a map of where to park.

Payment Type Accepted: PayPal or a credit card through PayPal. We do not process CC's ourselves.

Photos & Videos – As nail and beauty enthusiasts, photos and videos are very common. Therefore, we will be allowing photography and videography of all Polish & Beauty Expo events.

Swag Bags: Every ticket purchased except for the Children’s/Non-Shopping Adult tickets will be guaranteed a bag. In the event we sell out of general admission tickets with product included, we reserve the right to add a ticket level without product included.

Taxes and Fees: Eventbrite’s service fee (standard with all event-ticketing apps), has been built into the ticket price for you. We are required to charge Nashville, TN tax rates on the ticket sales of 9.25%

Ticket Availability: General admission, basic admission, and kid tickets will be available at the door if we have not reached capacity. The at-the-door tickets may not include product. Only applicable tickets purchased online are guaranteed to include product.

Tickets, Refunds, Transfers: Tickets are refundable until 30 days before the event. Please ensure that your email address is correct when purchasing, as tickets and confirmations will be sent via email to the address provided.

Tickets are transferable. To transfer tickets, you MUST EDIT THE TICKET information online after purchase, with the other person’s name. Ticket transfers are done between the ticket seller and buyer. Polish & Beauty Expo will not be involved in this process. Tickets can be transferred up until the day before the event.

Please either download the Eventbrite.com app (so that we can scan your ticket), or bring your printed ticket with you along with your photo ID.

You will be allowed entry at the time specified on your ticket. No Exceptions.

All tickets have in-and-out privileges.

VIP Tickets & Swag Bags: No matter how many tickets you have, there is only ONE VIP or GA SWAG BAG PER PERSON. Valid photo ID must be presented to claim your Swag Bag. NO EXCEPTIONS. All swag bags must be picked up at the event, by the ticket holder. Swag bags unclaimed by 4PM may be used as door prizes or as event organizers see fit.
