1 hour per session in groups of 4 ridersWorking over ground poles has many benefits:
- improves the balance and gymnastic ability of both horse and rider,
- encourages the horse to engage the core, work over the back and use their limbs in a more correct way
- improves accuracy and rhythm
- recommended as a beneficial exercise by many equine physios and vets.
Becky uses a series of exercises to suit each group of horses and riders and gives a new insight into their riding and plenty of ideas to take away with you and work on at home.
This clinic is suitable for all levels and disciplines and provides a fun and supportive environment for all attendees.
