?️ - Cancellation after booking prior to 1week (7days) of the clinic date: will only receive transfer to another clinic date if YOU or I can fill the space. PLEASE NOTE - If your space is not filled, you will not be entitled to a transfer or refund.
The person taking your space is still required to pay the clinic cost as stated on the event information.
?️ - Cancellation within 1week (7 days) of the clinic day, it is your responsibility to fill your space, unless Alyce holds a waitlist (which Alyce will tell you when you cancel). No transfer/credit or refund available.
PLEASE NOTE - If your space is not filled, you will not be entitled to a transfer or refund.

?️ - If clinic is cancelled due to weather conditions/ unforeseen circumstances, your money will be transferred over to another clinic date of your choice.
