Pam, known in the pole dance community as PolePhoenix, boasts a decade of experience in pole dancing, distinguishing herself through her dynamic and captivating style. She has competed at elite national development level, judged professionally and coached some of the industry’s top level athletes.
Pam prides herself on her deep understanding and knowledge of biomechanics from her high level background in gymnastics and is passionate about applying this to her teaching style as she believes anatomical awareness is the key to unlocking your potential on the pole.

Mastering static transitions
Elevate your pole repertoire in this 90 minute workshop where we will explore the art of seamless transitions on static pole, where we will cover a variety of grips, poses and flow techniques.
Pam will guide you through each movement, ensuring you have the biomechanical awareness to effortlessly connect spins and tricks whilst performing them with grace and confidence.

Pole flips:
Who dreads flips? The thought of your hips coming over your head and letting go of the pole bring you out in a cold sweat? This is the workshop for you!
In this workshop Pam will break down the science behind pole flips, why we find them scary, and how to overcome that fear safely by understanding the biomechanics involved in successfully performing flip tricks!
Pre reqs: must be comfortable in aerial inverts, leg hangs and shoulder mounts. Level : Higher intermediate’s/advanced
