Learn key tricks to stabilise each movement to make you look effortless anc fluid as we fly
Pre reqs: you should be confident in inverts/ leg hangs, working towards arms only moves.

Mastering static transitions

Elevate your pole repertoire in this 90 minute workshop where we will explore the art of seamless transitions on static pole, where we will cover a variety of grips, poses and flow techniques.
Pam will guide you through each movement, ensuring you have the biomechanical awareness to effortlessly connect spins and tricks whilst performing them with grace and confidence.
Level: this can be set by the studio owner at time of booking, but ideally participants should be comfortable climbing and with basic leg hang grips.
