It is a fantastic workout. And it’s a whole lot of FUN.
Join us to learn the basics of pole dancing and how to be in flow with the pole. This is an all-levels, women-only class with a focus on beginners.
This class is perfect for anyone who has ever wanted to try pole dancing, as well as Sensual Flow students who want to incorporate more pole work into their dancing. In addition to learning a variety of pole tricks and fundamentals, Pole Flow is an opportunity to practice walks, spins and other beautiful movement on and off the pole and have fun dancing in community.
