Join us on Tuesdays from 6:15 PM - 7:15 PM with instructor Cassie to learn the basics of pole fitness and dancing! This fun class will build a foundation of pole skills and help you find your inner goddess. This series will be a combination for brand new students (Fundamentals) and students who have completed a four-week series previously (Level 1). Pole requires bare skin for friction against the pole for a number of moves, so wear whatever you are comfortable in; a sports bra and shorts is a good option! Dress in layers as the gym can be chilly before you start warming up.Series dates:

You may sign-up for the entire four week series at a discounted rate, or sign-up for individual classes at a rate of $20.00/per class. Please reach out to us about drop-in classes, as space is limited.
