This is a 60 minute workshop where we’ll be learning a short pole routine; so think sexy, simple and maybe even a little raunchy! Best part is that you get to exercise and wear your heels!You’ll be surprised at how much of a workout this can be, the heels alone mean you’re lifting extra weight, which helps build strength. It will involve things like body rolls and twerking, which really work your bum and legs. And by the end of it it will remind you that Pole is a great way to get fit.
Whilst some of the work will be on and up the pole the routine will be aiming to keep it simple and can easily be adapted for Beginners and Novice levels. It’s also a great chance to practice how your body naturally wants to move.
