Class will begin with a warm-up. You’ll then learn the fundamentals of pole dance. Class will end with a cool down stretch. Wear form fitted clothing that exposes the lower legs such as shorts and a tank top or t-shirt. No street clothes or jewelry. Do not apply any lotions or oils to your skin prior to class. You will need a towel, water and a yoga mat or sneakers for the warm up. No experience necessary.
TRICKS & TREATS WORKSHOP: In this workshop we take our skills up the pole. Class will begin with a warm-up. You’ll then learn a few upright tricks and spins on the pole and you may even learn how to go upside down! Class will end with a cool down stretch. Wear form fitted clothing that exposes the lower legs such as shorts and a tank top or t-shirt. No street clothes or jewelry. Do not apply any lotions or oils to your skin prior to class. You will need a towel, water and yoga mat or sneakers for the warm up. Some pole experience recommended but not required. All levels welcome.
BOTTOMS UP WORKSHOP: In this workshop you will learn to invert on the pole! Inverting is simply the act of getting your hips above your head. In this workshop we explore more ways than one of getting in a vertical position with our heads down and bottoms up both grounded and on the pole. More variations means more progressions, more progressions means more options for BODIES with unique limitations and abilities. Wear form fitted clothing that exposes the lower legs such as shorts and a tank top or t-shirt. No street clothes or jewelry. Do not apply any lotions or oils to your skin prior to class. You will need a towel, water and yoga mat. Screenings are Required. Some pole experience recommended but not required. All Levels welcome.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: You will receive a reminder email containing important information and a link to complete your COVID-19 Health Declaration up to 24 hours prior to activity. All Documents must be completed in order to complete your reservation prior to activity otherwise your reservation will be automatically canceled. If reservation is canceled a new reservation must be made. Reservation must be made before class registration ends. If reservation ends a request must be submitted and a convenience fee will be charged.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY: No make ups for missed or canceled classes or workshops. Classes and Workshops are subject to cancellation due to low registration. If you are more than 15 minutes late your reservation will be automatically canceled. No Call No Shows forfeit all monies paid and will not be allowed to reschedule. Reservations are subject to cancellation if ALL required documents are not completed prior to event. If reservation cancels for any reason a new reservation must be made and a convenience fee will be charged. All services expire 30 days after purchase. Absolutely No Refunds or Exchanges.
