How to Prepare for the Pole & Belly Dance Fusion Workshop:
- Wear Comfortable Clothing – Dress in activewear that allows freedom of movement. For bottoms a flowy skirt or leggings can add to the fun! Wear a short bra or crop top to show off your belly for better movement during the belly dance section.
- Bring a Water Bottle – Stay hydrated throughout the workshop.
- Pole Dance Essentials – No need for shoes unless you want to practice in socks for the pole portion. No need for hand grip.
- Barefoot for Belly Dance – Belly dancing is usually performed barefoot, but you can bring soft dance shoes/socks if you prefer.
- Arrive Early – Arriving 10-15 minutes before the session allows time to get settled and ready to dance.
- Stretch – Be ready to move by doing some light stretching before the workshop begins.
