No experience necessary! This class is open to all fitness abilities! Our introductory Pole Fitness class is the perfect blend of sensual movement and strength building. Designed for newcomers, this class will help you start transforming both your body and mind. You'll begin with a Pilates-inspired warm-up, which not only prepares you for the pole but also provides you with exercises you can practice at home to enhance your strength and flexibility. Throughout this six-week session, you'll learn a pole routine that incorporates the spins and transitions taught each week, helping you build confidence and skills in a supportive, empowering environment. What to bring? A Water Bottle and a Yoga Mat. What to wear? Anything you feel comfortable working out in. No need to bring any footwear. We do the class barefoot. REMINDER: Please REMOVE ALL JEWELRY from hands, wrists and ankles. Absolutely NO exceptions. If you have permanent jewlery, please tape it or wear a sweatband over top.
