Age Requirements: Polaris enrolls children ages 5-11. The
student applicant must be at least 5 years old by September 30,
2026.
☆ ☆ Attendance at an information session and the application must be completed and submitted by no later than April 3, 2026, at 3pm.
☆ ☆ Any family that has not completed BOTH of these steps
will not qualify for the lottery but will be added to our waitlist.
☆ ☆ LOTTERY: If more applicants apply than we have openings, a public lottery will take place on Friday, April 17th, at 5:00 pm. Attendance is not required. We do not recommend that your child be present.
☆ ☆ Polaris will notify lottery winners, via email, by the evening of Friday, May 8th
☆ ☆ Lottery Winners must officially complete the Application Acceptance form by Friday, May 15th
