Brave the cold and show off your clay breaking skills this winter with our 2025 Polar Bear League! Join us for 6 weeks of shooting starting on January 8th!Dates:
Weeks of January 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th, February 5th, 12th and League Dinner Party/Awards on February 19th. **Teams and Individuals can shoot anytime between Wednesday at 10AM and Sunday Close of Business**
Basics:
League scores based on 50 targets per week.
(Practice course and 5-stand will also be available prior and after weekly rounds)
Targets:
Enjoyable targets will be set by Course Manager Gary Madigan
Price:
Price for league is $195 for all 6 weeks which includes the League Party dinner/awards.
Teams:
A minimum of 4 shooters per team is required to make a team and a maximum of 6 shooters. Team scores will take the highest of 4 shooters including handicap for the weekly total. Shooters can only compete for one team per league.

HOA • HOA Runner- Up • A Class First • B Class First High Junior • RU Junior • High Lady • RU Lady • Most Improved
Team Awards:
First • Second • A Class First Place • Ladies Team First
Handicaps:
Handicaps are calculated by using the shooter’s weekly score, then subtracting it from “par”, which is 45 and multiplying the difference times .70 (70%) Example: If a shooter’s score is 30 the equation is 45-30=15 x .70 = 10.5. the product (in the example 10.5) will be added to the shooter’s score. Handicaps adjusted each week. Maximum score with handicap is 45.
Weather and Bank Rounds:
If you are not able to make it on the scheduled week, make up rounds can be completed the following week. If you are not able to make up, an average of your other scores will be used.

•Sign up before the first night and be entered into a drawing for 100 free clays
•League Party will feature a drawing for free entry into the next league (Must be present to win)
•One time optional $10 side pot (cash only) at the time of registraton: -Pay weekly to the high shooter and middle of the pack shooter -$1 from each participant paid out weekly and remaining to the final week winners at HOA and MOP
