Pokemon TCG Surging Sparks is here and Good Games Town Hall is running its usualy spree of Pre-Release events so that you can play with the cards early!You'll recieve a pre-release build and battle box which contains 3 booster packs as well as a pre-constructed deck. Use the packs to upgrade the deck and battle it out with other players over the night!
