A League Challenge is a small, entry-level event held monthly by most Play! Pokémon Stores. In Pokémon TCG League Challenge tournaments, players can earn Championship Points and work toward earning an invitation to the World Championships! These events are designed to be a player’s first experience of formal tournament competition before moving up to League Cups, Regional Championships, and beyond.Nova Games hosts our League Challenge on the first Saturday of each month.
Registration: 12:30pm for a 1:00pm start. Capacity is strictly capped at 24 players. Purchase your ticket online to preregister. Deck lists are required.
Format: Standard - Note that the Standard format rotation for 2024 will be in effect so cards with the “E” regulation mark will no longer be legal for play.
Entry: $15
All participants will receive a Pokémon booster pack.
The top players will also receive additional boosters and prize packs.
