About this Event
-Admission: $5.00, due at registration.
-Registration starts at 11:00am with the tournament starting at Noon 12:00pm.
-All players must have a POP ID to participate (if you do not have one, one can be provided)
-Each player will be required to submit their decklist for the tournament. Blank decklist sheets are available online (https://www.pokemon.com/us/play-pokemon/about/tournaments-rules-and-resources) and can be printed and filled out prior to coming to the event or completed at the store. We will have blank decklist sheets available but please allow yourself enough time to fill it out. Your decklist must be turned in at the time of registration. Players will not be considered registered until their decklist is turned in with admission payment.
-Format: Standard. Each player will need a Standard legal deck consisting of exactly 60 cards. Players are also responsible for bringing damage counters, a randomizer (coin or clear die), and poison/burn/VStar markers.
-We will play a number of tournament rounds of Swiss based on attendance, each round being a 30 minute timed, best-of-one-game match. We may also play out a Single Elimination top cut following Swiss based on attendance.
-Prizes will be determined per division (Kicker 24):
- 1st Place will receive 50 Championship Points and a League Cup Champion Playmat
- 2nd Place will receive 40 Championship Points
- 3rd – 4th Place will receive 32 Championship Points
- 5th-8th Place will receive 25 Championship Points
- We will also be awarding a number of Play Pokemon Prize Packs to players based on attendance
