Join us for a fun night of Pokemon Playing and Trading! Meet other trainers, participate in our Pokemon Battle League, and win prizes for playing, trading, and introducing new players to the league.
Here are the modified rules for deck building in our Battle League.
Max of 2 copies of any card with the same name.
20 card deck limit.
No VMAX, EX, or other special type of Pokemon card.
No trainer cards that let you draw more than 2 cards.
Choose 20 energy to make up your Energy deck, split between any combination of up to 2 energy types of your choice.
Abilities and cards that let you search for energy will let you search your Energy deck instead.
Players shuffle their energy deck and then turn it face up so they know which energy they will draw next turn.
The first player does not draw an energy from the energy deck on their first turn.
Players can retreat and attack in the same turn.
Attacking ends your turn.
The first to defeat 3 of their opponents Pokemon, or all of their in-play Pokemon is the winner.
