Join us for our very first Pokémon League Cup here at Gootzy Gaming! We're excited to have Pokémon trainers of all ages join us to earn play points plus battle it out for Pokémon prizes!Time: 2/22/26 at 2 pm. Check-in starts when store opens at 1pm.
Entry cost: $20 per person
Format: Standard ; by Age Division (Set Markers G / H / I)
Rounds: Best of 1 rounds During Swiss. Best of 3s if Top Cut. Number of Rounds Dependent on # of Players per Age Division.
Player Cap: 32 players total.
Prizing:
- Winner of each Age Division will receive the official Play Pokémon Champion Mat for Q1 (Phantasmal Flames Charizard EX X Art)
- Sealed Product Prizes scaled with player attendance.
- Participation Prizes scaled with player attendance.
Location: Gootzy Gaming - 300 4th Ave Altoona PA (on corner of 3rd St. and 4th Ave.)
Gootzy Gaming is a family-friendly and all skill level friendly play environment. Anyone acting in an unsportsmanlike or non-family friend manner will be asked to dismiss themselves.
Free parking is available in the private lots behind the building on 3rd street. Street parking is also available around the building on 4th ave and 3rd street.
Handicap parking is available in the lot behind the building or directly in front of the building. If you need any other accommodations, please contact the store.
Gootzy Gaming is a 100% peanut and tree nut free location. Please refrain from bringing peanut or tree nut items with you to the store. Snacks and beverages available on site.
