About this Event
Striving to become stronger, Pokémon of all types are putting everything on the line to become Mega Evolution Pokémon ex! Harness the strong aura of Mega Lucario ex, embrace the overflowing power of Mega Gardevoir ex, and team up with more of these powerful Pokémon that boast devastating attacks and massive HP. But consider your strategy carefully—extra power brings extra risks! Choose your Pokémon partners and prepare for the biggest battles you’ve ever seen in the Pokémon Trading Card Game: Mega Evolution expansion!
- Entry Fee: $30
- PRE-REGISTRATION via Eventbrite encouraged as this Event is likely to presell out!
- Pokémon Player ID numbers are required. Go to pokemon.com to sign up for a Pokémon Player ID number.
- Registration: 12:00 - 12:30 PM.
- Deck Building: 12:30 - 1:00 PM
- 3 rounds of play: 1:00 - 2:30 PM (20 minutes each round)
All players will receive a Build & Battle Kit* containing a 40-card ready-to-play deck, an exclusive foil promo card, and four 10-card booster packs from Mega Evolution. Players will have 30 minutes to use only these cards, plus Basic Energy provided by the Tournament Organizer, to construct a 40-card deck. There is no limit to the number of cards with the same name that can be included in a deck (i.e. 6 copies of Pikachu, if you are so lucky)!
Players who complete 3 rounds will receive 3 additional booster packs! Additional packs are awarded after submitting a signed match slip for Round 3.
Players who do not participate in all 3 rounds are NOT ELIGIBLE for additional prizes.
*1 kit per player per Event.
