Pokémon TCG League Cup tournaments give players an opportunity to earn Championship Points and practice their skills for larger competitions.- Players of all skill levels welcome

In order to participate, players must have a Pokémon Trainer Club account, be in good standing with the Play! Pokémon program, and comply with current COVID-19 requirements for in-store Pokémon events.
Players need to bring their own legal 60-card deck. Registration for these events is handled by the local Tournament Organizer of a Play! Pokémon Store, and an entry fee may be charged at their discretion. Similar to other League events, special promotions including exclusive playmats, Prize Packs, or sticker sheets may be on offer. Check with your local Play! Pokémon retailer for availability and distribution. Please check the Event Locator for details about each event, including information regarding registration.
Registration is from 12:15 to 1:00 PM EDT (UTC -4). The league challenge begins promptly at 1:05 PM.
Deck Format: Constructed - Standard

Tournament Format:
Age-Modified Swiss + Top Cut
Swiss rounds - the number of Swiss rounds will be determined by number of entrants. Swiss rounds will be best of 1 game matches lasting no more than thirty (30) minutes plus three (3) turns.
Top Cut - the number of single elimination rounds will be determined by number of entrants. Top cut rounds will be best of 3 game matches lasting no more than fifty (50) minutes plus three (3) turns.
Entry fee: $20 CDN (taxes included)
Prize pool to be determined by player rankings at the conclusion of the tournament.
To expedite the registration process, have your deck list printed out from TCG Online, TCG Live, rk9.gg, or another deck building utility.
