Join us Thursday October 3rd for our weekly Art class Art with Aerick. We are working this week on a community pop art project, painting pointe shoes that are no longer able to be danced in!
This project represents the diversity in dance and the often underrepresented diversity in ballet. Come out and paint with us ( students can paint up to 4 shoes during the hour) and be a part of our upcoming art installation for the next Breakin' Ballet performance!
This art project will be up in the Move with Joy studio gallery for viewing in November! We would love anyone who would like to be a part of the project to join us! $10 drop in fee helps us to replenish supplies, however all are welcome to be a part of this regardless of ability to pay. come out and let's paint!
