As you settle into an extended Savasana, Dr. Sammy—a licensed chiropractor—will offer optional acupuncture treatments to stimulate energy flow, reduce stress, and promote internal balance.While the acupuncture works on key energetic points, you'll be immersed in the soothing tones of sound bowls to enhance relaxation and deepen the healing experience.
Whether you’re curious about acupuncture or seeking a deeply restorative evening, this session offers a safe, welcoming introduction to this traditional modality, paired with the comfort of yoga and sound.
All levels welcome. No experience necessary. Acupuncture is completely optional and tailored to your comfort.
Bring a yoga mat and anything additional to make you comfortable for a longer rest, such as a blanket or pillow.
We do have some mats and blankets at the studio to borrow, if you do not have your own. Come as you are.
