Hey folks! 👋 Ready to level up your poi skills or give it a go for the first time? 🎉 Whether you’re a total newbie or a seasoned spinner, this workshop with Ed is gonna be an absolute blast!
🌟 What’s in store:
👉 For beginners: You’ll get a solid intro to the basics – think direction, weaves, and split vs. same-time movements – plus you’ll piece it all together into a fun, simple choreography.
🔥 For experienced spinners: Ed will help you sharpen your skills with some slick technical moves – windmills, stalls, pendulums, anti-spin, and more.
💡 Free Flow Jam: To top it all off, we’ll have a free-flow session where you can practice what you’ve learned and jam out with some of Ed’s epic LED props!
đź‘• What to wear/bring:
Loose-fitting clothes (gotta move freely!)
Water to keep you hydrated
Your own poi (if you’ve got ’em – if not, no worries! We’ll have a limited amount available)
🔥 A bit about Ed:
Ed’s been spinning professionally since 2017, dazzling crowds across the UK and even rocking stages in France! He’s currently touring with his circus show Lumen Array, which has wowed over 10,000 live audience members. His style blends circus flow with movement, soft acrobatics, and some seriously slick tricks. 💫
