The Latina Power Purse Program has been created by LATINAS for LATINAS. Each facilitator will share her expertise and firsthand experiences to make each topic more relevant. Also, you are going to be inspired by the conversations that will take place in each POWER Circle. Tears are certain to flow!
The Latina POWER Purse Program™ is structured to enhance and enrich skills, expand opportunities, and advance careers. It will cover 3 Key Areas focused on having impact on individual and organizational growth.
Key Area 1 – Emotional Intelligence
Emotional intelligence or EQ is the ability to understand and manage YOUR OWN emotions, and those of the people around you.
Key Area 2 – Leadership
This session will focus on the link between perceptions, innovation and leadership. As we explore leadership best practices and exchange ideas and new strategies for creating environments that foster growth, to act with confidence, and YOU lead with lasting impact.
Key Area 3 – Financial Mastery
The lack of financial resources can no longer impede YOUR ability to succeed. By developing a greater understanding of finances and by creating a comprehensive financial plan for the future we can change lives. Training provided by one of our amazing Financial Partner.

Completion of this half-day workshop is required
By completing the entire workshop, you will be eligible to apply for our POWER On Heel Scholarship in 2024. Scholarships awarded in November 2024.

Attendance
Arriving late or leaving early will disqualify you from completing this course. After completing the entire workshop, you will receive a certificate of completion, which is needed for the scholarship application process. We are tracking your participation throughout the session. Remember, to stay on camera as much as possible.
