Poga! Outdoor yoga with a taste of poetry

Join yoga coach Viv Parry and poet Jo Bell for a friendly outdoor session to refresh body and mind. Viv will lead you through a gentle but thorough series of yoga stretches. The session will be punctuated by readings from Jo: a few poems to get us thinking about nature, landscape and our place in the world. We will finish by 11.30.

Those who have time are welcome to join Jo for a longer walk around Tegg’s Nose, finishing around 1.00 at the visitor centre.
