Poetry is a fantastic way to express your feelings, showcase your interests, and show others who you are and what you care about! In this three session program, your youth can explore creativity and self expression through this wonderful medium.
In our first session, we will learn what poetry is, what sorts of things we can express through poetry and begin thinking of ideas for our own poems. This session will be virtual over Microsoft Teams.
In the second session, we will be working together with peers and staff to develop our poems and ideas. This session will be hosted at TVCC, 779 Base Line Road East, London, Ontario
In our third and final session we will be finishing up our work and having a showcase where the poems we have created can be shared with the group, as well as some social time with snacks and drinks! This session will be hosted at TVCC, 779 Base Line Road East, London, Ontario
