About this Event
Carefully selected poems will be our springboard for facilitated discussion and writing. Additionally, we will use a variety of thought-provoking prompts specifically chosen to inspire insights, enable a deeper understanding of ourselves and, in turn, prepare for change.
No previous knowledge of psychology, poetry, writing or art is needed. We invite you to experiment with words, reflect, and share, as little or as much as you want.
This event will take place in-person at Stillpoint Spaces Berlin. Limited capacity; please book your ticket in advance.

About the facilitator
Charmaine Pollard is a certified poetry therapist with the USA-based International Federation for Biblio-Poetry Therapy. She is also a BACP accredited and registered counsellor and manages a holistic service that provides counselling and therapy to women who have experienced trauma.
She has facilitated poetry therapy groups in schools, prisons, churches, museums, libraries, and in clinical and community settings.
