* You will not allowed to leave before completion of event , Please consider this before filling the form.

* Your video will be uploaded on YouTube only when your performance and content is liked by our team otherwise the video will be given to you personally.

Terms & Conditions

1. Certificate will be given to the performer of the day which will be decided by our lovely Audience.

2. Gifts/Price shall be given for the same.

3. Performance time given to each participant will be 5 minutes.

4. You cannot use any kind of abuse in your content and your content should not be on the subject of any religion, caste or politician.

5. Company reserves the right to change, add or subtract anything in the event / form / slot booking without any prior notice.

6. You retain ownership of your work, but you give 'VOICE OF SURAT' permission to photograph or record your performance for display on their websites / social media / third party partners, with attribution to you. (Should you wish to be excluded from being photographed or recorded, please inform any team member beforehand.)

7. You agree to give us the permission to put your video on our website, YouTube channel (If SELECTED FOR ONLINE PLATFORMS) (http://www.youtube.com/c/voiceofsurat) or other associated partners websites and portals for our organization's promotion. You also give us the right to remove your video if we find the content ineligible at any point of time for any reason.

8. After video arrival if Your video cross 10K Views within a month then you will get paid by 50% of what we earn from your video during the month.

9. You'll be notified about your slot on the Instagram ID or Contact Number you provide through this form. So make sure they are correct & active.
