Poetry Saves Lives is an unplugged, mic-free space cultivating connection where poetry becomes medicine. We sit in a cozy circle on blankets and pillows, surrounded by warmth, presence, and authenticity. Bring a poem you’ve written, read a poem by your favorite poet, or speak from the soul in the moment. Awaken your inner poet!

This is a space for:

What to Expect:

• A sacred circle format with intentional sharing
• Moroccan-style floor seating (some yoga mats & pillows provided)
• A poetic free-write, meditation and movement

• Comfortable clothing, extra pillows & blankets for sitting on the floor (some provided).
