Poetry Out Loud: A Writing Workshop led by Doug Knowlton.
About this Event

Poetry Out Loud! A Writing Workshop. Five in-person sessions, Wednesdays, 4-6 p.m., July 12, 19, and 26, and August 2 and 9.
Based on our experience holding poetry workshops at Bookstore1 we are convinced that the group critique process has the potential to enhance each participant’s creative expression. During these sessions we will take the next step and stimulate spoken performance of each writer’s work.
This in-person workshop is at Bookstore1 at The Mark, 117 S. Pineapple Ave. Registration is required. The workshop cost is $40 which includes all five sessions.
Doug Knowlton is the workshop facilitator. He will provide a list of recommended books in his welcome message to registrants.
