About this Event
This 90-minute workshop is a guided journey into awareness and voice. We’ll begin in a circle with a gentle check-in, then move into somatic breathwork and guided meditation to ground and open the creative channel. From there, we’ll write by using free-writing and poetic prompts to explore a wound, turning point, or idea you’re carrying. You’ll learn ways to engage with a poetic rhythm and create a short piece of writing. Bring your yoga mat, a journal, and a pen. No writing experience is needed—just curiosity and willingness to listen inward.
