About this Event
A writing workshop at Oleta River State Park to express our love for special places that we wish to preserve, utilizing generated poems as letters of advocacy.
Participants will read nature poetry and explore the landscape of Oleta before writing their own poems. The poetry generated will be mailed to the Florida Governor’s office to advocate for the park's preservation.
