Welcome to the fourth and final installment of the Poetry Downtown Readings in Baltimore!
Join us at Protean Books & Records for this special event. Each reading in this series takes place in a different city, with unique and evocative locations. In Boston, we gathered at the Long Wharf Pavilion; in New York, we read in front of the Edgar Allan Poe Cottage; and in Philadelphia, we convened at the Philadelphia Ethical Society at Rittenhouse Square. Now, in Baltimore, we will meet in the back room of Protean Books & Records, one of Maryland’s largest independent book and record stores.
Located in an industrial building near Federal Hill, Protean Books & Records has been a local treasure for over a decade, offering an eclectic selection of graphic novels, manga, vintage video games, and all sorts of collectibles.
