Join us this November 17 for our local Sappho Queers community annual anthology launch. Many of the poets will join us to read their work from this amazing collection.The seventh annual issue of the Sappho Anthology of Queer Poetry was themed on ‘bouncing in mundane queer space’. Poets bring to text a plural voice making of the queer poesy where poetry is the shared tongue of the poetics here. Amongst the mundanity of hetero-dominance, eurocentrism, pink-washing and institutional elitism, queer resistance is poetic and nuanced.
