The PODERI MORETTI of Francesco Moretti is the natural transformation of a family company result of the union of families Occhetti and Moretti already present in this area since 1630 as it comes out from the ancient registers of landed property in Monteu Roero. At the present time the farm is conducted directly by the owner Francesco Moretti supported by his daughter Alessandra and his son Riccardo Poderi Moretti is a historic enterprise with property winery and vineyards in Monteu Roero and various plots in the neighboring village of Montaldo Roero Santo Stefano Roero Vezza d'Alba Govone.
Poderi Moretti has a total extension of 42 hectares of which 25 of vineyard while on the other hectares are planted orchards hazelnut grove and forest. Our production aims to the enhancement of the finest appellation D.O.C and D.O.C.G of this area in respect for the vocation of the territory offering wines characterized by an identity strongly related to the land.

Poderi Moretti will be pleased to welcome in his own cellar wine lovers who appreciate the wines of quality and value.
Tours are available in the following hours: at 10.30 a.m. and at 3.00 p.m. on Saturday at 10.30 a.m. on Sunday.

Guided tour of the production and ageing winery vineyard with illustration of the various stages of wine production and finally tasting of wines combine with grissini or a selection of salame and cheeses from Piedmont prices depend on the products and wines tasted.

Free admission for children under 4 years without tasting food; Children and teenager aged 5-17: € 9.00 each includes the visit to the cellar and tasting of salame and grissini.
It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes and clothes and to bring a light jacket o a sweater as the the cellar temperature might be cool.
